Getting through the IAS Interview with flying colors is just easy provided the aspirants have been well prepared for it. It is important that the aspirants have a positive attitude even before they step into the room. It will help them get through the interview unscathed. The interview preparation should begin weeks in advance. The days that the interviewers have set as parameters for the interview should be adhered to. The candidates need to sit with the chair-side apart from the other members of the panel. This provides them with the distance they need to keep during the discussion.
